Custom Spiral Staircase

For this project, we were approached by a client who wanted to do a complete remodel of a winding staircase in their new home.  To start, our team needed to get precise, exact measurements of the residence that would house the new staircase.  Then, our industrial designers illustrated the new stair design and features and created 3D models to show.  Next, the process of fabricating these stairs in-house began.

Stair steps were CNC cut following precise measurements.

Steps were assembled in house.

Wood was sanded, polished, and finished.

Steps were stained.

Custom design inserts were laser cut.

Then, they were hand painted.

Finally, the stairs were assembled on location and tested for safety and security.
